The Doctoral Fellowship (Dr.FIAHRP) is a professional fellowship and honorary distinction of the Institute.
It is not an academic doctorate (PhD) and does not confer an academic degree.

Eligibility for Doctoral Fellowship (Dr.FIAHRP)

Experience Requirement

Applicants must have 16 years or more of verifiable professional experience in:

  • Human Resource Management

  • People and Culture Leadership

  • Organisational Development

  • Workforce Strategy or Executive Management

Academic / Professional Qualification

Applicants must hold at least one of the following:

  • Master of Science (MSc), or

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), or

  • An equivalent recognised postgraduate qualification

Doctoral Fellowship is accessed only through the Experience (Direct) Membership Route.
