âś… Eligibility Requirements

Organizations applying for Corporate Membership must fulfill the following requirements to ensure alignment with IAHRP’s ethical and professional standards:

1. Letter of Interest

Applicants must submit a formal letter of interest addressed to the IAHRP Membership Committee.
This letter should clearly state:

  • The organization’s reasons for seeking membership

  • How IAHRP membership aligns with its HR and business goals

  • What the organization hopes to contribute to and gain from the partnership

  • A commitment to uphold IAHRP’s ethical standards and professional practices

2. Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)

A certified copy of the organization’s Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) must be submitted.
This confirms the legal registration and operational standing of the company in Nigeria. The certificate must be up to date and free of legal encumbrances.

3. Membership Fee

The Corporate Membership Fee is ₦300,000 annually.
Payment must be made through IAHRP’s designated official payment channels. Proof of payment (e.g., bank receipt or confirmation email) must be included in the application submission.

1. Submission of Documents

All required documents (letter of interest, CAC certificate, and payment proof) should be compiled and submitted through IAHRP’s official online portal or via direct email or courier, as specified by the institute.

2. Review and Verification

The Membership Committee will conduct a thorough review to verify authenticity and ensure compliance with IAHRP’s criteria. The committee may request additional documents or clarification during this stage.

3. Approval Process

Upon successful review, the committee will vote on the approval of the application. The organization will be formally notified of its acceptance or advised on any outstanding requirements.

4. Onboarding

Approved organizations will be welcomed into IAHRP with an onboarding package that includes:

  • A formal Corporate Membership Certificate

  • Access to members-only areas of the IAHRP portal

  • Information on current and upcoming training, events, and exclusive programs

  • An optional orientation session to guide key HR personnel on how to maximize membership benefits


🔄 Ongoing Membership Obligations

1. Annual Renewal

Corporate membership is renewable annually. Renewal includes payment of the updated annual fee (subject to review) and a reassessment of the organization’s commitment to industry best practices and ethical standards.

2. Active Participation

Corporate members are encouraged to actively participate in:

  • Training programs and workshops

  • Networking events and leadership forums

  • Policy development, research, and innovation projects

Participation fosters visibility, knowledge exchange, and strategic influence in the HR community.

3. Compliance with Ethical Standards

Corporate members are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct in their HR practices. Failure to comply with IAHRP’s Code of Ethics may result in membership suspension or revocation.
