The Early Career – Foundation Level is designed for SSCE holders and individuals at the very beginning of their journey into Human Resource Practice. This level provides a structured introduction to the HR profession, helping participants build foundational knowledge, workplace awareness, and career direction.

This programme is accessed exclusively through the IAHRP Training Route and serves as the first step in the IAHRP career and membership pathway.
